What the driver covers
Your driver is with the car for the full shift: pickup at your address in Lahore, waiting during your appointments or event, and drop-off at the end. For out-of-station trips the same driver takes you there and back on the out-of-station rate.
Is self-drive available?
No. Car Giants does not offer self-drive rental. All cars — including the vintage fleet — are provided with a driver.
Driver-related terms
- Extra hours beyond the shift: Extra hours beyond the shift are charged per hour; the hourly rate for your car is confirmed when you book.
- Driver's meals and stay on multi-day out-of-station trips: On out-of-station trips the customer pays tolls, parking, fuel and the driver's food and stay.

Do the cars come with a driver?
Yes. Every Car Giants rental is chauffeur-driven. Self-drive rental is not offered.
What are your booking hours?
Car Giants takes bookings and does pickups 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. WhatsApp or call +92 321 4488848 any time.
How do I book a car?
Send a booking request through the website, WhatsApp us on +92 321 4488848, or call the same number. We confirm availability for your dates and share a quote. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied to you.
What happens if I need the car for longer than the shift?
Extra hours beyond the shift are charged per hour; the hourly rate for your car is confirmed when you book.
Is a security deposit or advance payment required?
A 50% advance of the shift rate confirms the booking; the balance is paid on the day. No separate security deposit — the 50% advance confirms the booking. Cash, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa.
What documents do I need to provide?
A copy of the booking person's CNIC and verification of the contact number.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 50% advance is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
