Rental terms & policies
Pricing
- Shift: Rates are quoted per shift. A standard shift is 12 hours (10 hours for the Range Rover Evoque Cabrio).
- Out-of-station: Out-of-station (inter-city) trips are available from Lahore at a separate out-of-station rate.
- Hidden charges: None — the rate quoted before booking is the rate charged.
- Extra hours: Extra hours beyond the shift are charged per hour; the hourly rate for your car is confirmed when you book.
- Fuel: Not included
- Tolls, parking, driver expenses: On out-of-station trips the customer pays tolls, parking, fuel and the driver's food and stay.
Driver
- All rentals are chauffeur-driven. Self-drive is not offered.
Booking & payment
- Confirmation: A booking request is confirmed only when Car Giants replies to confirm availability and rate.
- Advance / deposit: A 50% advance of the shift rate confirms the booking; the balance is paid on the day.
- Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa.
- Documents required: A copy of the booking person's CNIC and verification of the contact number.
- Cancellation: The 50% advance is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
Other services
- Airport pickup / drop: Yes — pickup and drop at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, at the normal local shift rate.
- Weekly / monthly rental: Bookings of 7 days or more get 10% off the shift rate. Monthly arrangements are quoted on request.
