Lahore to Islamabad by car with driver — cost, time and which car to take
Lahore to Islamabad is about 375 km on the M-2 motorway, roughly 4 to 5 hours door to door depending on traffic and stops. With Car Giants the car comes with a chauffeur, and the trip is priced per 12-hour out-of-station shift: PKR 18,000 for the 8-seat Kia Grand Carnival and PKR 35,000 for the 7-seat Toyota Land Cruiser.
How the pricing works for this route
- Same-day return or one-way drop — whether it fits in one 12-hour shift depends on your departure time and how long you stay in Islamabad. Send both times and we tell you if it is one shift or two before you confirm.
- Multi-day — each day the car is with you is one shift. A 3-day trip in the Land Cruiser is quoted as 3 × PKR 35,000.
- On out-of-station trips the customer pays tolls, parking, fuel and the driver's food and stay. The M-2 toll is paid by the customer.
- Bookings of 7 days or more get 10% off the shift rate. Monthly arrangements are quoted on request.

Going beyond Islamabad
Murree and Nathia Gali add roughly 1.5–2 hours from Islamabad; Naran, Swat and Hunza are multi-day trips. For hill roads the Land Cruiser is the sensible choice. Quote each as additional shifts — see out-of-station rentals.
What to send for a quote
Pickup address in Lahore, departure date and time, return date (or one-way), number of passengers, and whether you'll stay overnight. We reply with the number of shifts and the total. A 50% advance of the shift rate confirms the booking; the balance is paid on the day.
